[August 31, 1982] FLETCHER, Circuit Judge. Plaintiff Gifford appeals from the grant of summary judgment to defendants Santa Fe and the Brotherhood of Railway and Airline Clerks (Union) in her Title VII action, 42 U.S.C. Â§ 2000e et seq. We note jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. Â§ 1291. We conclude that summary judgment was proper as to one of plaintiff's claims, but improper as to both defendants on the remaining claims. Accordingly, we affirm in part and reverse in part the district court's judgment.
