1 Appellant, Alan Wayne Gideon, was convicted of Child Abuse in violation of 21 O.S.Supp. 1982 Â§ 843 [21-843], in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-82-4422, before the Honorable Joe Jennings, District Judge. The jury set punishment at ten (10) years imprisonment and a five thousand dollar ($5,000) fine. Judgment and sentence was entered in accordance with the jurys verdict. Appellant has perfected an appeal to this Court.
